CLKDIT (“we”) runs clkdit.com. This page explains what information we collect through the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Enquiry forms. If you fill in a form we collect the details you type in: name, company, email, the service you’re interested in and your project details.
• Email sign-ups. If you subscribe to our newsletter or ask for a growth audit, we collect your email address.
• Analytics (only with your consent). If analytics are switched on and you click Accept on the cookie notice, tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel may record which pages you visit and which buttons you click. If you click Decline, they don’t load.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about working together.
• To keep a record of enquiries in our client-management system so nothing gets lost.
• To send the email you signed up for. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, if you accepted analytics.

Who handles it

We use a small number of services to run the site: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Airtable (our enquiry records), and Google Fonts (typefaces). If analytics are on, Google and Meta also receive the usage data described above. We don’t sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as they’re useful for the conversation or the working relationship, then delete them. Ask us sooner if you’d like them removed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing coo.clkdit@gmail.com. You can also clear the site’s stored preferences in your browser at any time.
