Mint Studios – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
• The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the shoot before receiving final deliverables.
• Payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted for rescheduled bookings within 30 days.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot will forfeit the advance.
• Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

3. Deliverables & Turnaround Time

• Edited images will be delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the package.
• Raw files are not included in standard packages but can be provided at an additional charge.
• All final images will be delivered via a secure online gallery or Google Drive link.

4. Copyright & Usage

• Mint Studios retains copyright ownership of all images.
• Clients receive commercial usage rights for advertising, e-commerce, and marketing.
• Any third-party resale or licensing of images requires written permission.

5. Shoot Requirements & Responsibilities

• Clients must arrange models, wardrobe, and props unless included in the package.
• Any additional studio rentals, special backdrops, or extra hours will incur additional charges.
• Mint Studios is not responsible for delays due to client mismanagement or late arrivals.

6. Edits & Revisions

• Each package includes one round of minor revisions (color grading, skin retouching, etc.).
• Additional revisions will be charged separately.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

• Mint Studios is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, technical failures, or accidents during shoots.
• In case of an emergency, the shoot will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.
